A: Skaters begin at age 3 to 4. We also have skaters up to adult.

A: Skaters need skates - they can be ice or hockey. They must be single blade skates. Beginning skaters 6 or younger are required to wear a helmet. Gloves and layers are good for warmth.
Q: What is the structure of the Saturday lesson time?
A: The Saturday lessons have a 20 minute lesson with one of our coaches and 40 minutes of practice time where skaters and monitored and actively coached by some of our more advanced skaters who volunteer to me Mentors. We are making the 40 minute mentored practice time more "active" with specific training and expectations for the mentors.

A: Skaters must be over 12 and in Freestyle 1 to skate without supervision in the Freestyle Ice sessions. Any skater may have a private lesson during Freestyle Ice, but if they do not meet the aforementioned criteria, they will not be able to remain on the ice after the lesson.
